WISEPATH SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at WisePath. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist you with our return process.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, including any accessories or parts.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Hormone Pathway Tests

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at michael.cohen@wisepathhealth.com or call [1-914-552-9842 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid return label (if applicable).

  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

  4. Ship the item back using the provided label. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please contact our customer support team to facilitate the exchange. Shipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
